Hazelrose Care is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission to provide Domiciliary care, Mental Health, Supported Living and Dementia care and support for Adults of all ages. We work with our partners, Comfort Lodge, to help resettle clients with housing support needs and provide them with their own individual Tenancy. We have an excellent track record in helping to resettle clients from Hospitals, NHS secure units, Residential placements, HMP and Young Offenders Institutions.
Here at Hazelrose, our care approach is person-centred, and we make our clients feel highly valued by providing them with high quality support services, excellent accommodation facilities with Comfort Lodge, and striving always to enhance their overall quality of life.
Hazelrose provides around the clock domiciliary care and support services to older people and to all adults who require our services. We provide hourly based care or live-in care, depending on the requirements of our clients.
Hazelrose aims to be "the first choice provider of domiciliary services; providing support for clients in their own homes, through seamless working and partnership with service users and their representatives, and a well-trained, qualified and motivated workforce". We ensure that we provide services that satisfies all the needs and exceeds the expectations of clients Our clients are at the heart and centre of the Care and Support planning process. We seek and value the contributions made by informal Carers, families and relevant others, who are part of the individual client's support framework
