About this provider

The aim of Hilldales Care Home is to offer men and women over the age of 25 who may have mental health problems and/or alcohol problems the opportunity to live in a caring environment with support from our care staff.

Hilldales also aims to:
-Offer skilled care to enable people who live here to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being
-Treat all people who live and work at Hilldales and all people who visit with respect at all times
-Uphold the human and citizenship rights of all who live, work and visit here
-Support individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all Service Users
-Respect and encourage the right of independence of all Service Users
-Recognise the individual uniqueness of Service Users, staff and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect at all times
-Respect individual requirement for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner
-Recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy that need of Service Users and staff
-Our aim is to return individuals we support back into the community and to also provide an individualised care to each service user who may remain at Hilldales long term
-We will also be working with other professionals and organisations to assist us in supporting our service users to achieve their desired aspirations
-Independence, freedom of choice, socialisation within the local community and daily routines are all also actively encouraged
