St Georges Supported Living is an organisation providing a high quality housing and support services for adults with enduring metal health with drug and alcohol problems in the community across London. St Georges Supported living provides suitable accommodation and a compassionate support services for single people who have been clinically diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health issues who are willing to live independently in the community with some support. The service is categorised as a medium level service due to the high levels of staffing and out of office hours support and residents are supported to develop independent living skills to be able to function well in the community. We work closely with resident’s care coordinators, social workers, community psychiatric nurses, General Medical Practitioners as well psychiatric consultants. We apply the Care Plan Approach to provide a high standard person centred service.
