About this provider

Our office is based in Horsham but our carers look after clients who live in West Sussex and parts of Surrey. We respond quickly to requests for care and companionship - we know how important it is for you to get things going once you have decided to ask for help, so we aim to be there as quickly as possible. We can usually start a service for a new client, or even increase the hours of care for an existing client, within a couple of days.

Our rates are very competitive - do email us or phone through to discuss. We are more than happy to talk about the services we provide and how they may help to improve your quality of life.

We pride ourselves on our staff and we see a caring, friendly nature, compassion, willingness to help and work hard as absolute necessities for joining our team. We carry out DBS checks on all employees and take up references prior to selecting candidates for interview.

We also run a Day Care Centre, held every Tuesday and Thursday, between 10:00am and 3:30pm in Billingshurst's Community and Conference Centre. It is aimed at people over 65 including those who have early dementia or memory problems; those who need to get away from the isolation felt in their house or those who need some variety in their lives. It also gives your carer some support and/or respite from the care they provide by taking over for the day. Refreshments and a two course lunch are available plus a warm, safe and welcoming environment in which to enjoy your visit.
